Tasks
  • Create tasks with title, description, priority and due date
  • 4 assignment modes: individual employee, team, department, or role
  • Status workflow: Open → In Progress → Under Review → Done
  • Employee incharge delegation — assign a task lead who can further delegate
  • HR and admin can view all tasks; employees see their own + delegated tasks

💰Expenses
  • Employee submits expense claim with amount, category and S3 receipt
  • Two-level approval: L1 approver (line manager) first, then HR
  • Both approval decisions logged with timestamps and comments
  • Warning threshold alert when a claim approaches budget category limit
  • Rejected claims return to employee with reason; employee can resubmit
  • Monthly expense export by employee, category or project as CSV or PDF
🚗Vehicles & Fleet
  • Vehicle register: nickname, registration number, FC date, road tax expiry
  • Expiry alerts for FC and road tax (30 and 7 days before)
  • Employee PWA: Start Trip / End Trip with auto-fill last odometer reading
  • Silent GPS capture during trip — location logged at start, mid and end
  • Manual log entry fallback for vehicles without GPS signal
  • Trip sessions export for mileage reimbursement or tax logbook requirements

  • Asset register: name, category, purchase date, cost and location
  • Three depreciation methods: SLM (Straight Line), WDV (Written Down Value), UOP (Units of Production)
  • Assign asset to employee or location — assignment history retained
  • Return process with condition report; dispose workflow with scrap value
  • Book value automatically calculated at any point in time
  • Asset report grouped by category with net book value totals
📦Inventory & Procurement
  • Full procurement cycle: Purchase Requisition → Purchase Order → Goods Received Note → Issuance
  • Atomic stock updates — no phantom inventory from partial GRNs
  • Vendor management with contact details and historical PO list
  • Stock level alerts when quantity falls below reorder point
  • Issuance linked to employee or department for cost attribution
  • Inventory valuation report using FIFO or weighted average cost
